Women's Day

Women's Day is celebrated on 8th March every year all over the world. Every year new theme which is applicable or rather needed for the women.

This year's theme is "InspireInclusion"!!

What InspireInclusion Means?

• For me InsprireInclusion means inspire others to get women included in every aspect of roles and responsibility. Be it work, home or surrounding.
• Inspire to think which is not based on bias, stereotype and discrimination.
• Inspiring inclusion to me is being able to create an environment in which everyone is valued, respected and included. Appreciating the unique perspectives, experiences and contributions that each individual brings to the table.
• Being a woman, inspire other women to value themselves, spend quality time for their entertainment, take care of their health, take responsibility for their parents equally along with their in laws and think for self.

Is it so hard? 

However I wonder why do we need theme every year? Is it because women don't get justice for the work they are doing?

2023 it was #EmbraceEquity

2022 it was #BreakTheBias

2021 it was #GenerationEquality

2020 it was #EachForEqual

2019 it was #BalanceForBetter

Every year UN try to inspire and follow theme for Women's Day so that women should get equality , respect and get appreciated for the work they are doing.

I hope this theme works for the betterment of women.
